The large family room is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas, two separate chairs, Cable Television DVD and VCR player. An archway leads from the family room to a spacious and comfortable dining area with a large dining table and chairs. Kitchen:
Fully furnished with Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker,
Microwave Oven, Telephone, all utensils, cutlery, crockery, toaster,
food processor, electric can opener, dishwasher and radio/cd player. In
addition the utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron
and ironing board for your convenience. Breakfast

Master Bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, bedside
cabinets, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and cable television. The
luxury en-suite bathroom has a shower room, corner bath, linen cupboard,

Bedroom
two upstairs also has a king size bed, chest of drawers, fitted

complete your holiday pleasure at the rear of the house is a private
screened pool facing south to allow sun all day long.
The extended decking area can be accessed from the breakfast
area. Here
is where you can relax with a cool drink soaking up the glorious
sunshine and truly enjoy the Florida Lifestyle.
The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps any bugs out! Heating
of the pool is optional; there are only a few months of the year when
the pool will require heating.
The pool and sun deck have nighttime lighting for those warm
nights spent outside.
Pool furniture including sun loungers, and table and chairs are
also available for your use.
