The Lounge is comfortably furnished and has cable television/DVD with remote control.  The telephone can be used free of charge for local calls, long distance calls can be made via a telephone card.
 

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is fully furnished and has a queen size bed and walk in closet, and TV.  The second and third bedrooms are fully furnished and have two sets of twin beds and share the third bathroom.  The fourth and fifth bedrooms are fully furnished and have double beds and share a bathroom. 

To complete your holiday pleasure, at the rear of the house is a private screened pool, with pool furniture. The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out! Here’s where you can relax with a cool drink, soaking up the glorious   Florida  sunshine and truly sample the ‘  Florida  Lifestyle’.  Heating of the pool is optional, please ask for price details.  There are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating. On the pool deck (not shown in photograph) is a hot tub.  There is a small charge for heating of the tub.

The garage has been converted to a games room which has table football, electronic darts and a pool table.
