This two storey fully air conditioned villa will comfortably accommodate 2 – 10 people and has been built to the highest specification, is fully air-conditioned and has a screened pool with beautiful views over the golf course.  

The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, American style refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal unit and ample crockery and cutlery.  In the separate utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer an iron and ironing board.  The house also comprises of a large family room with T.V a dining room and fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. 

The house comprises of master bedroom, fully furnished with TV and telephone, queen size bed and luxury en-suite bathroom.  The second double bedroom is fully furnished and has an en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and shower room. 

All towels and linens are provided.  A travel cot with linen, highchair and pool safety fence are all provided for the younger guests 

To complete your holiday pleasure there is a beautiful pool overlooking the second fairway of Southern Dunes Golf Course.  Heating of the pool is optional; there are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating.  Please enquire for cost.  

Pool furniture including tables chairs and sun loungers are provided for your use.

Rental Rates

£580 per week 

Pool Heat (optional) £70 per week.
