This beautiful home is very spacious and consists of Lounge, Dining Room, Four Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms (ideal if you are travelling as two families with children), Kitchen and Private Screened Pool. All rooms are air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen comprises; cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Lounge is comfortably furnished and has cable television with remote control. There is also a DVD player and HI FI System. The telephone can be used for free local calls, long distance can be made by purchasing a telephone card from any of the major supermarkets.

The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom,  walk in closet and television.  A hairdryer and hot hair brush  are also provided.  The second and third bedrooms are fully  furnished with two single beds and built in wardrobes and share the third bathroom.  The fourth bedroom is  fully furnished with a double bed and it's own en suite bathroom.  The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting.  All towels are provided.

To complete your holiday pleasure, at the rear of the house is private screened pool, with pool furniture.  Here's where you can relax with a cool drink, soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine and truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle, on this superb south facing lot.

Heating of the pool is optional, please ask for price details.  There are only a few months of the year when the pool requires heating.

Access to the pool area is either via the patio doors from the living area or patio doors from the Master Bedroom.  The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out! 

Rental Charge
