All rooms are air conditioned.  The fully fitted Kitchen comprises; cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, iron, ironing board.  A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room for your use.


The Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom is fully furnished and has a queen size bed and walk in closet.  The second and third bedrooms are fully furnished one with queen size bed and the other with twin beds; these bedrooms share the second bathroom.


To complete your holiday pleasure, at the rear of the house is a private screened pool, with pool furniture. The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out!  Here’s where you can relax with a cool drink, soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine and truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’.  Heating of the pool is optional, please ask for price details.  There are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating.
