Many of our buyers want to rent out their Florida home in the months that they are not using it themselves.  This of course makes good financial sense.

We at the Florida Connection like to share with our owners our expertise in making rentals a success.

We can assist our buyers in creating their first brochure of their villa.  We can provide a proof with colour photographs and wording specific to your villa, it's specification and location.  

We will feature the villa on our Web site.  Each home has its own page featuring colour photographs, detailed descriptions, availability calendar and booking forms.  We will also recommend other sites which we have found successful in obtaining good rental enquiries.

Any rentals that the Florida Connection finds for our owners will be dealt with by our office: all paper work, booking forms, deposit collection, breakage deposit, forwarding maps and key collection details.  We charge 10% of the rental rate for this service.  For example if we book your home for two weeks at a rate of £550 per week, we will forward to you £1100 less the 10% ie £990.

The Florida Connection advertises with a number of National publications, Newspapers and on the internet.

Many of our owners decide to  maximise their rental potential by advertising their villa locally.  We can advise and recommend how to achieve good results and therefore obtain excellent rental income.
