This privately owned luxurious villa is located in the prestigious gated community of Solana Resort, close to world famous attractions, shopping, dining and much more. The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a screened pool, and has been built to the highest specification in a beautiful vacation community.

The house is very spacious and consists of, large lounge, dining area, family room, kitchen, breakfast nook, two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the two single bedrooms share a family bathroom. 

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit.   A washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board are also  supplied for your convenience.

After a hectic day at the theme parks. Here’s where you cool down with an iced drink and truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool, this is optional and a small charge is made. The pool is fully screened and will keep bugs out but will not affect your tan!  The pool has underwater lighting and the deck is also lit for night time swimming.  The pool deck is fitted with a safety screen for protection of young children, obviously if there are no children in your party you may remove the screen.

All linens and towels are supplied.  There is a cot and highchair for younger guests.
